i almost thought i would leave a glowing review, but how could i when the toilet was so low that my legs felt like they were in a circus act?. also, the wi-fi was about as strong as a damp napkin. expected some kind of comp, maybe a cookie? just couldn’t believe this place calls itself a motel.

Heavy parking issues during busy times!!! The bathroom space left a lot to be desired, feeling cramped!!! Confusing entrance lighting setup could easily be improved!!!

Perfect stop in Perth! 🌿
Gotta say, the location is a winner—right near Kings Park, perfect for a morning stroll. The warm shower was such a lekker relief after a long bus ride, and the lovely bedroom maids left Easter eggs in my room! Really made my day.
Only downside was that the pool wasn't heated, so couldn’t have a dip. Little bit disappointing.

Perfect spot for a concert!
This place was right across from the park where we saw a concert. Super clean twin room with a big window that showed off the gardens. I loved having in-room breakfast too! The only small thing was that the parking was kinda tight at times. a fab stay!

Had a blast with my friends! The location is a winner—it’s close to the city and right by the beautiful park. Our room was clean and spacious, making it a perfect base for our adventures. Definitely check out the restaurants nearby. they're just a short walk away!
One hiccup was a loud guest knocking on our door in the middle of the night. It really put a damper on our sleep and made the night anxious.

We had a fantastic time at Kings Park Motel! The family room was spacious with a nice kitchenette, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The kids loved the pool, and the lounge area overlooking it was great for relaxing. Plus, the location was perfect for quick visits to Kings Park and the river.
Parking was a bit limited during busy times.
